[Mead] Missing HTML dir in download

I just downloaded mead and have been trying to run it on one of the
included examples, GA3.  The error I'm getting is that HTML/Element.pm
is missing.  I tried to download and install again from scratch, but
that didn't work.  I tried to create a fake HTML/Element.pm by using
the Element.pm file found in another direction, but it wasn't buying
it.

Has anyone else had this problem?  More importantly, would someone be
willing to send me the Element.pm file from the HTML directory and tell
me what that directory is a subdirectory of?

Here's what I did.  The other files it complains about are actually
there,
Just not that HTML directory.
