[Mead] The next problem running mead on the GA3 example

Janet,

This doesn't seem to be a MEAD problem to me. Tony, please correct me
if I am wrong. 

I think that the error message that you are getting says that you only
have version 1.39 of HTML::Element (the one that Inderjeet gave you)
whereas your version of XML::Element requires version 3.08 of
HTML::Element 

You should be able to get HTML::Element 3.08+ from CPAN. The current
version there is 3.20.
